A Life Coach works to help clients create the personal change they would like in their lives, which means supporting the client to identify beliefs, behaviour, fear, and self-doubts that are unresourceful to them, and then provides the tools that when used, potentially to close the gaps from where they currently are to where they want to be. Life Coaches use communication strategies to help people move forward and set personal and professional goals that will give them the more preferred future. Most life coaching clients are healthy, successful people who might be a bit ‘stuck’ or simply want to make a big change in their lives and want the support of their own personal coach to do so.
