Founder of Body Stillness, Lilly trained in Tasmania and has been practicing Shiatsu in Hobart since 2004. She began studying CranioSacral Therapy (CST) with the Upledger Institute in 2011. Most recently she has been learning about Ortho-Bionomy (read more about Ortho-Bionomy in the ‘Wellness’ section).
Clients often reflect Lilly’s treatments are deeply relaxing, nurturing and supportive. Within the treatment, your current health picture as well as major historical events that have impacted your body, will be addressed.
Lilly started massaging family and friends from the age of 6. Her earliest influence was her mum who was a nurse, massage therapist and yoga teacher.
In order to continually serve you best, she is passionate about ongoing training and regularly holds practice sessions with other therapists.
Lilly has been a registered member of the Shiatsu Therapy Association of Australia (STAA) since 2004. Lilly holds a Diploma of Shiatsu and has over 400 hours in CranioSacral Therapy training, mentorship and teacher assistance. She is an invited guest therapist at a CST multi-hands paediatric clinic in Sydney.
