Founder of Body Stillness, Lilly trained in Tasmania and has been practicing Shiatsu in Hobart since 2004. She began training in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) with the Upledger Institute in 2011.
Clients often reflect Lilly’s treatments are deeply relaxing, nurturing and supportive. Within the treatment, your current health picture as well as major historical events that have impacted your body, will be addressed.
Lilly started massaging family and friends from the age of 6. Her earliest influence was her mum who was a nurse, massage therapist and yoga teacher.
In order to continually serve you best, she is passionate about ongoing training and regularly holds practice sessions with other therapists. Currently she is interested in and studying OrthoBionomy, BioDynamic CST and Narrative Therapy.
Lilly has been a registered member of the Shiatsu Therapy Association of Australia (STAA) since 2004. Lilly holds a Diploma of Shiatsu and has over 400 hours in CranioSacral Therapy training, mentorship and teacher assistance. She is an invited guest therapist at a CST multi-hands paediatric clinic in Sydney.
*The government is reviewing the private health fund rebate cuts for Shiatsu and other valuable alternative therapies. We will update our rebates status as soon as we find out more.

Christine has over 40 years experience in medical and natural health. Early in her career she worked as a radiation therapist at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute treating cancer extensively. She has lived a very active life, and values nutrition, sunshine, fresh air and exercise as important ingredients to good health. Previous to her current offerings, Christine operated an organic vegetarian catering business as well as a business in essential oils, essences, facial and hand cream.

Christine holds Diplomas of Bowen NST Therapy, Naturopathy and Remedial Massage. She has Certificates in Hormonal Bowen and Nerve Dynamics, Emmett Therapy (EP5), CranioFascial Therapy, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Touch for Health, Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy, as well as the LIFE System. Christine is a member of A.T.M.S. (Provider #: 13947) and BTFA (Provider #: T981076V).

Tiziana Hill is a qualified Reflexologist and Remedial Massage Therapist. Before her career change, Tiziana spent three decades working in the corporate sector.
Her massages are described as deeply caring, nurturing and utterly relaxing. She enjoys working with older clients and people who have hectic lives, sore shoulder blades and backs. Tiziana is a registered member with Massage and Myotherapy Australia (AAMT). Tiziana holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage and Reflexology and a Certificate in Relaxation (Swedish Massage).
Tiziana and Lilly offer CranioReflex 4-Hands Therapy by appointment only.

At a young age Robyn knew that massage therapy was the path for her. She knew she wanted to help people; to be able to calm and relax them. From life experience, Robyn understands how anxiety and stress can affect us mentally and physically. Robyn is skilled in Modern Cupping Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She discovered a fascination and love for trigger point therapy and completed training in myofascial Dry Needling. She gained her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2005 at the Australian College of Massage and Natural Therapies (Victoria). Robyn is a registered member with Massage & Myotherapy Australia (Provider number: 028084). Robyn holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage, Certificate in Dry Needling as well as Modern Cupping Therapy.

Christina qualified as a Naturopath and Herbalist in early 2018 with the Australian Institute of Applied Science (AIAS). Prior to that, she has worked as a health coach, teaching families a number of the ‘hands-on’ skills needed for learning the art of fermentation and traditional food preparation. She is also qualified as a certified GAPS Practitioner and life coach.  She is passionate about bringing the many stands of wellbeing together, to help clients achieve their health goals.  Christina is also a mother of 7 children, and understands the challenges that parents face, trying to maintain the health of a growing family.  She enjoys working with clients at all stages of life- from preconception to the end of life, and everything that comes between! Most recently she has been training in the DISC model.
Christina is a member of Complimentary Medicine Association (CMA).

Matt has been practicing Osteopathy for 8 years since graduating from RMIT University as a mature age student in 2010. His passion for Osteopathy started through ongoing back and neck problems in his late 20’s. This led him to study yoga, massage and other body therapies and later Osteopathy. He enthusiastically continues with ongoing training, study groups and practice sessions with other Osteopaths. 
Matt believes it is important to consider other aspects of a client’s condition such as pathologies, for example diabetes, thyroid, mental health and lifestyle issues that may relate to the presenting complaint. 
He believes in the principles of Osteopathy which guide his treatment approach. He aims to help improve the structure and function of the body and encourage self-healing capabilities. Matt likes to help clients manage their conditions and improve their health by making positive changes in their lifestyles and such as diet and exercise. 
Matt prefers to work in a gentle manner using techniques such as myofascial release, inhibition, joint articulation, muscle energy technique, neuro-meningeal and visceral manipulation, Osteopathy in the Cranial Field and Biodynamics of Osteopathy.  Matt is a member of Osteopathy Australia.

Julie began practising Ortho-Bionomy in Victoria in 2007, and has been offering Ortho-Bionomy regularly in Hobart over the past few years. In September 2013 she made the move to beautiful Tasmania, settling in Dodges Ferry where she began developing her Ortho-Bionomy Practice. With a background in Yoga and Steiner Education, Julie found Ortho-Bionomy was a natural progression and realisation of her skills, and dedication to healthy body, mind and soul. Julie studied Ortho-Bionomy in Australia and New Zealand with Internationally Accredited Instructors. She is a member of Ortho-Bionomy Australia (OBA) and the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International® (SOBI), and is a Registered Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner with SOBI. Julie is currently training to become an Advanced Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner.

Hayley discovered her love for massage at an early age and always knew that bodywork was her calling. After a decade working in the corporate world, she moved from Melbourne to Hobart in early 2016 to complete her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy.
Hayley’s massage style is unique, intuitive and guided by what she feels under her hands. Having lived with a chronic pain condition for most of her adult years, she understands the nature of pain and how it can affect a person in all aspects of life.
Hayley's passion lies in health education and helping clients understand how the brain processes pain. 
Hayley is available for Aged Care in-home massage. Hayley is a registered member with Massage and Myotherapy Australia (AAMT). Member number: 33287. Hayley holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage; CranioSacral Therapy training to date: CST1.
