Clare is passionate about inspiring people to transform their relationship with food and their body; to care for themselves and to worry less. Utilising kindness and compassion she helps people explore new ways to bring change and healing.

Clare’s training led her to work as a dietitian. With a growing recognition of the intersection between food and movement she began teaching yoga in 2005. She explored mindful and intuitive eating, and neuroscience and finally trained as a Yoga Therapist. This has enabled an integration of ancient yoga philosophies and yogic practice with Western medicine and psychological knowledge. Clare works with dietary patterns, movement and lifestyle in her approach to holistic healthcare.

In blending food and body she has developed a short course, Building Better Bones. It offers a natural and holistic approach to managing and preventing Osteoporosis and Osteopenia. Including Yoga, Nutrition and Lifestyle, Building Better Bones is offered as both a six week course, for small groups with personal support, as well as 1:1 sessions.
