Lilly is a trauma - informed body therapist, blending treatment for the nervous system, fascia and meridian systems with embedded counselling.
Lilly began her Shiatsu Therapy training in 2000, and began professional private practice in 2004.
Lilly’s self maintenance (and alternative recommendations for clients) includes: CST & SomatoEmotional Release; Reflexology; Shiatsu; Counselling; Pilates; Osteopathy; water therapy (float tank; Watsu); Reflexology; Clinical Hypnotherapy; Physiotherapy; Alexander Technique and whatever else is helpful!
Lilly has developed the unique CranioReflex (4 – hands therapy) with peers, offering two therapists at once, for the client. A blend of CranioSacral Therapy and Reflexology – a truly profound experience!
Lilly is currently training to become an Associate Practitioner in Ortho-Bionomy as well as a Person-Centred Counsellor through AIPC.
Lilly has hobbies in pottery and yarn and is establishing the first women’s shed in Hobart- find her on Instagram:

Student of Person-Centred Counselling (AIPC, 700 hours) 2020- present
Shiatsu Therapy Association of Australia (STAA) membership since 2004
